Here at JLB Stables we strive to teach the proper fundamentals of horsemanship for a lifetime of enjoyment in the saddle.

Our mission
We impart on our students the necessity of proper care, technique and management to achieve long-lasting partnerships with our equine friends.
As students learn and progress, their responsibilities will increase. We have plenty of opportunities for those of you that would like to spend every waking minute at the barn!
Private lessons are 1 ½ hours, semi privates are 2 hours. We offer many different leasing, half leasing and purchase options to suit your individual needs.
We have high standards
We are a hunt seat barn rooted strongly in dressage. Our students and trainer compete in the hunter jumper, equitation, and dressage horse shows. We use many different techniques and styles of riding such as dressage and ground-work to strengthen our horses and riders.

We are a sedative free barn. That means we do not give our horses drugs to be ridden at home or at shows… EVER! We know there is a better way and that is teaching how to ride the right way.
